May Member Highlight: Lisa Lightner

Lisa Lightner graduated from Arkansas Tech with a degree in communications. After college, she worked in Governor Huckabee's office with the Director of Communications, where she also interned for the Policy Advisor for Education while still in school. After leaving the Governor's office, she moved back to NWA and worked with Staffmark as a Staffing Specialist for 3 years. A wonderful opportunity came along with Lowe's in North Bentonville where she is currently the Human Resources Manager.
About Lisa and Lowe's:
A few of my responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, community relations and I really enjoy our community outreach programs. Over the last couple of years, our store has partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Benton County, Rebuilding Together of NWA, The Veterans Council, The Boys and Girls
Club, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of America, Various Local Schools (k-12), and Several Property Owners Associations. They have been very rewarding experiences and have allowed our store in N. Bentonville to become a pillar in our community.

Lowe's tries to be more than just another business by being there for the community and our customers. Our vision statement, "We will provide customer valued solutions with the best prices, products, and services to make Lowe's the first choice for home improvement," I believe differentiates ourselves from our competition. We provide a great customer experience that is efficient with friendly and knowledgeable associates. We believe that we not only sell products, we sell dreams!
