We would like to thank all of you for being so patient with us while we continue to work on our RSVP situation! We are diligently trying to make sure that we offer the best networking opportunity to you and a fun, inspirational and motivational lunch hour to promote your business and make some referral relationships!
Here is a little Q &A on your RSVP and Paypal:
Why are we so adamant on receiving your RSVP for the monthly luncheon?
We are under contract with our event venue to provide the most accurate head count by 3pm the Friday before our meetings. This helps to make sure we have adequate room, lunches, table room, and seating to accommodate all of the wonderful ladies who want to network their business!
What happens when we don't RSVP?
We want to make sure that you receive the most networking for your luncheon cost! We want to make sure that our meetings run smoothly and we are not left shuffling for tables, dinnerware and squeezed into a small room when 35 ladies RSVP and 60 show up to network. No. fun! Plus, WIN is responsible for payment of any ladies who RSVP and do not show. This is less money we are able to contribute to our Outreach for Women program.
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 21, 2011: Those who do not RSVP by our Friday 3pm deadline prior to the next meeting, will be charged $25 at the door.
You can read more about why we are truly so adamant about that RSVP here.
For those of you who know me, Shannon, I am often heard saying, "I would like the chipper chicken;" a favorite quote of mine from Father of the Bride. Steve Martin has had enough with paying for his daughter's wedding and loses his cool in the middle of choosing a band, deciding on catering, moving out furniture, bringing in lighting, tenting, etc. for the wedding. He finally heard a word he liked "cheap" when deciding on the catering. They stated that the chicken was not chic, but cheap. Therefore, the "chipper chicken" was born. So...save $5 by simply sending us your RSVP! :) I too, will take the chipper chicken!
