We have decided to highlight a WIN member every month, just for attending our meetings! This month Christy Gillespie with Staybridge Suites at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers was selected! Let's get to know more about her! Christy Gillespie is the Director of Sales for Staybridge Suites at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas. She has been in this area for nine months. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, she and her family moved to this area as a result of downsizing due to economic conditions. She has been married for 16 years to Bradley, and they have two boys, Hunter and River.
Christy loves networking, meeting people, shopping and playing board games. She admits she is very competitive, and loves to help people. She loves a great book, and is currently reading the “Left Behind Series”.
She has over 10 years sales experience, and believes in creating win-win relationships. Christy truly believes in developing referral partners to offer reciprocal business throughout the community. By creating a positive situation that is beneficial and rewarding, reliance and trust ensues, fostering that ideal business partnership and friendship.
Because of this desire to create referral business, Christy has recently launched a new opportunity to increase revenue for NWA businesses. It is a Business Development Club, and has teams launching in both Rogers and Fayetteville. This was an organization (ACA Network) that Christy was involved in for nearly 10 years while in Kansas City. She is excited to be named the NWA Executive Director for this organization.
Some of Christy’s other accomplishments include: 2008 Nominee for Business Person of the Year (Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce), 2007 Blue Springs Chamber Volunteer of the Year Award, Independence Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and Board Member, 2006 LEAD Independence, Missouri Graduate.
Christy is excelling at her position with the Staybridge Suites, and is enthusiastic about sharing her product. She specializes in the extended stay guest. She is happy to help you secure reservations at one of the top hotels in the country. The hotel is a recent winner of the esteemed Torchbearer Award, an award that was earned by customer service scores competing with all Staybridge Suites in the US. The award is given to the Top 5 hotels in the country.
She is jumping right in strengthening her roots in NWA, as well. Christy is an Ambassador with the Rogers Chamber of Commerce, and is involved in many networking groups in the area. She also volunteers with her church, and is an Interview Resource Coach and Career Advisor for the Goodwill Industries Career Services Center. She is here to serve you, and your travel needs.
